Delivery period varies per location.

• Metro Manila 1-4 working days
• Standard Provincial door to door 3-10days

Counting begins after ship out date. Excluding Sundays/Holidays.
Additional 1-3 delivery days for remote areas may be expected.
Please expect a delay during holidays, sale events and inclement weather.

Online direct orders can view their tracking numbers & courier website via email or your account in our site.

If you aren’t available to receive your order, the courier driver will send you an SMS or call to confirm if they can leave your package with any authorized recipient at your shipping address. Your authorized recipient will be asked to sign for the package on your behalf.

If you missed the delivery, the courier usually attempt to deliver the package up to 2 times. After the final delivery attempt, the courier reserves the right to return your package to us (the shipper). Note that, failed delivery (COD) deemed buyers no longer eligible for COD the second time.
