Return/ Exchange Policy

Policy

We will accept returns within 7 days. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team should you have any concerns around getting your return product to us.

 

Heavily discounted items and those stated explicitly are not available for refund/ exchange.

 

Applicable for website and social media direct orders only; orders via Shopee must be informed via Shopee shop's chat.

You may only ask for an exchange if:

  • You want a change of size
  • You received a defective product
  • You received the wrong item

Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. All original box/ packaging or inclusions must be returned together with the item.

Unfortunately, we can't accomodate your request if the reasons are:

  • Change of mind
  • Damages caused by transit, handling, and/or improper care

In case you've received a damaged/ incorrect item, reach out to us immediately so we can investigate what happened.

 

FAQ

How can I exchange my shoes?

If you want your shoes to be replaced, you’d need to send them back first. Please inform us via our facebook/instagram direct message.

Do I have to pay a fee?

For size exchanges, Php250 shipping  will be charged for each request. Returns due to defect/ incorrect item are free of shipping charge.

 

The original style I ordered doesn't have my size, do I pay an extra fee for another style?

* Item exchange has lower price, difference will be forfeited
* Item exchange has higher price, difference will be paid by buyer

When will I receive my exchange?

We’ll ship the exchange out when both of the following conditions have been met:

 

  • We’ve received the return item & passed quality inspection (per case basis)
  • Shipping charges have been settled

 

Please give us 2-3days from receipt to process the request (delivery time is not included).
