RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Please be guided on the following to process your Size/Item Exchange request.

  • Notify us within 3-7days from product receipt.
  • applicable for website and social media direct orders only; orders via Shopee must be informed via Shopee shop's chat.
EXCHANGE: (ORDER NUMBER)
  • Indicate the new size preferred and other style options should the preferred style (only if original style ordered is not available in the new size)
Item exchange lower price, difference will be forfeited
Item exchange higher price, difference will be paid by buyer
  • Please ship back the product to us in original packaging and unused. Php250 shipping and processing fee will be charge for each request. Send it to address below:

  • Give us 2-3days from receipt to process the request (delivery time is not included). We will respond to you accordingly in the email thread for updates. Indiana Jane MNL has the discretion to reject request in cases not limited to faulty or used item returned.
